    We had to have our Daikin Heat Pump serviced. We purchased it about 4 years ago.
    Owen came out diagnosed and gave us lots of info, more than the original company that installed, which is now out of Business… surprise surprise.
    Owen ordered the parts in early Dec with the holidays and waiting for the parts he was back in early January to replace the parts.
    Owen is very knowledgeable, polite and friendly.
    I would strongly recommend Point Zero and Owen!
    Btw our Heat Pump has a 12 year parts and service warranty.
